Kurt, I have a random question:
Is your ministry funded by student offerings or parents donation, or is it funded by the central church finances?
I got this kind of question from my church board now that I´m proposing them that we should launch a ministry for youth. I´m preparing my case again and would love to have your insight.

our youth ministry budget is funded by the central church finances.
When students give offerings or parents donate to the youth ministry those funds go into our scholarship line-item to help needy kids go to camp etc.
