Law Suit

How about this for a funny law suit.
I must be tired this morning because I got myself giggling at the thought of the potential questioning of the plaintiff by the defense attorney:

Defense: "How doe this court know you are being truthful!"
Plaintiff: "Uh, because hips don't lie."
